Full-Time Sales Associate

Location: Hong Kong | Contract

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking dynamic, intelligent, and proactive individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. This role is essential in supporting our upcoming retail initiatives, particularly in a high-traffic luxury shopping environment. The position may also extend to other regions as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an enthusiastic and approachable brand ambassador, embodying our core values of elegance, empowerment, and sophistication.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a memorable experience for every client.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations that align with customers' preferences and lifestyles.
  • Assist in daily store operations, including checkout processes, inventory management, and stock organization.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the pop-up space reflects brand standards and aesthetics.
  • Support in-store events, contributing to the success of launches, press gatherings, and workshops.
  • Communicate effectively with the SENREVE APAC Office to relay feedback and updates on store performance.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Engage in necessary operational tasks to maintain a vibrant and thriving retail environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Possession of a valid Hong Kong ID or work visa.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Able to work 5-6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, capable of building and nurturing relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Results-oriented problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and POS systems.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a luxury retail context.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance goals.
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, and luxury fashion.
