Job Overview

Position: Store Manager (Luxury Sales)

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Role Summary:

  • The Store Manager will lead the showroom team and manage the operations of a high-end kitchen and bath retail environment.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred education includes undergraduate, trade, or design school, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in retail management or leadership roles.
  • Experience in high-end or luxury retail; kitchen and bath experience is a plus.
  • Must be energetic and bring enthusiasm to the showroom atmosphere.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the business as if it were your own.
  • Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to be a compassionate leader, quickly building trust and managing a results-oriented and service-focused team.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath products is required.

  • Developing, motivating, and holding the team accountable for achieving their individual goals.
  • Ensuring profitability and meeting all financial targets for the store.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance sales, improve operational efficiencies, and increase ROI.
  • Coordinating training initiatives and collaborating with the company and its partners to ensure consistent training practices.
  • Building and nurturing customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business through exceptional service.
  • Spending over 60% of time on the sales floor, demonstrating effective sales techniques to the team.
  • Managing the store's online presence and social media accounts to ensure a strong digital footprint and positive reviews.
  • Planning and executing store events throughout the year to optimize return on investment.
