Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Role Summary:
- The Store Manager will lead the showroom team and manage the operations of a high-end kitchen and bath retail environment.
Qualifications:
- Preferred education includes undergraduate, trade, or design school, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail management or leadership roles.
- Experience in high-end or luxury retail; kitchen and bath experience is a plus.
- Must be energetic and bring enthusiasm to the showroom atmosphere.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, treating the business as if it were your own.
- Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to be a compassionate leader, quickly building trust and managing a results-oriented and service-focused team.
- Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath products is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fostering positive team dynamics and maintaining high morale.
- Overseeing all team members, operations, and financial aspects of the store.
- Developing, motivating, and holding the team accountable for achieving their individual goals.
- Ensuring profitability and meeting all financial targets for the store.
- Analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance sales, improve operational efficiencies, and increase ROI.
- Coordinating training initiatives and collaborating with the company and its partners to ensure consistent training practices.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business through exceptional service.
- Spending over 60% of time on the sales floor, demonstrating effective sales techniques to the team.
- Managing the store's online presence and social media accounts to ensure a strong digital footprint and positive reviews.
- Planning and executing store events throughout the year to optimize return on investment.
