Position Overview:
The Sales Account Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales objectives, managing client accounts, and facilitating all sales and prospecting efforts within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls with a high level of professionalism.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address any client inquiries or issues.
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of our offerings to effectively meet client demands.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless sales experience and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise and current records in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Occasional travel for business purposes may be necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP applications.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree or some college coursework in Business, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience or a robust background in Customer Service Account management.

Physical Requirements:
  • May occasionally need to lift 30-40 pounds.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk.
