Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing customer accounts, and supporting all sales and prospecting activities for assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful client relationships.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services to effectively address client needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and ERP.
  • Up to 10% business travel may be required.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, CRM/ERP software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree or some college in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience/or strong Customer Service Account background.
Physical Requirements:
  • May be required to lift up to 30-40 pounds occasionally.
  • Sit for long periods of time working at a desk.
