Key Responsibilities
- Manage 10-20 incoming service inquiries daily.
- Conduct 20-30 outbound follow-up calls each day.
- Assist with 3 policy renewals daily, facilitate policy modifications, and process customer payments.
- Gather necessary insurance documentation.
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-up.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License must be obtained within six months of employment.
- A minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales is required.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- A collaborative team member who demonstrates critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
