Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 10-20 incoming service inquiries daily.
  • Conduct 20-30 outbound follow-up calls each day.
  • Assist with 3 policy renewals daily, facilitate policy modifications, and process customer payments.
  • Gather necessary insurance documentation.
  • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-up.

Qualifications
  • Property & Casualty License must be obtained within six months of employment.
  • A minimum of 3 years in customer service or sales is required.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • A collaborative team member who demonstrates critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
