These professionals will operate from their home office within the designated area for our Automotive Tire Division. The base salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience, with additional income available through commission based on sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:- Proactively expand revenues in new markets while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Identify revenue opportunities consistently and follow up on potential new business leads.
- Develop strategic business plans for assigned accounts and oversee projects.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines regarding reporting, procedures, and communication.
- Prepare sales materials and information for clients.
- Work collaboratively with development, marketing, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination of customer activities.
- A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in tire manufacturing is required.
- At least five (5) years of experience in outside sales is necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region is essential.
