Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries.
- Acquire a minimum of 7 households or generate at least $16,000 in P&C premium monthly.
- Review 3 renewals daily, cross-sell life insurance, and assist with policy modifications.
- Prepare insurance documentation and facilitate payment processes.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and conduct follow-ups.
- Provide education and guidance to clients.
- Adhere to agency protocols.
- Engage in all agency training sessions.
Qualifications
- A valid Property & Casualty License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance sector is required.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
