We are seeking a driven and skilled Sales Executive to enhance our respiratory product and service offerings to healthcare professionals and institutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales within the healthcare sector, particularly in respiratory services.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role as a senior representative of the sales team. This position involves collaborating with the Sales Director to mentor the clinical sales team in establishing and nurturing relationships with various referral sources, including healthcare providers and managed care organizations. The role requires a strategic approach to identify opportunities and leverage resources to foster relationships that will contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Director in developing and executing clinical programs tailored to the market.
  • Assess and enhance referral source satisfaction while identifying branch opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals to drive referrals.
  • Ensure adherence to PromptCare's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional service to referral sources and patients, embodying a commitment to quality care.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and engage in company activities.
  • Participate in meetings and conferences as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in medical sales, particularly within respiratory services.
  • Background as a respiratory therapist with current licensure is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with referral sources and meet their expectations.
  • Proficient in using technology for documentation and communication.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to serving referral sources and patients.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
