Position Summary:
As a Sales Account Executive at Central Turbos, you will be instrumental in propelling our sales initiatives by delivering outstanding customer service and support. Your role will involve nurturing and managing relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and advocating for our products and services. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to advance your career in sales within a progressive company in our sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with potential and current clients through phone and email to assess their needs and present our product offerings.
- Establish and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Provide precise product details, pricing, and technical guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using our CRM platform.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance sales skills and product expertise.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inside sales or customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong desire to excel in a sales-oriented environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Familiarity with Diesel Engine Parts for trucks, heavy machinery, and marine vessels is highly preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
Work Environment:
This position is onsite only. Remote or hybrid work options are not available.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
