Job Overview

Position Summary:

The main objective of the Regional Sales Executive role is to transform nationwide leads into active purchasing accounts through phone communication. This involves making outbound calls to various healthcare facilities, including physician's offices, hospitals, infusion centers, and pharmacies, while providing detailed information about our key product offerings using a consultative sales approach. We seek individuals who possess high energy levels and exceptional customer service skills, as we pride ourselves on delivering top-rated service in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, program messaging, and approved guidelines.
  • Implement call strategies that include preparation, lead qualification, delivering key messages, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Gather competitive intelligence.
  • Uphold high call quality standards in accordance with company policies and client guidelines.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Foster open communication and effective dialogue with leadership.
  • Identify and develop business/client prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets within the agreed timeframe.
  • Utilize the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other technological resources effectively.
  • Adapt to our Consultative Sales approach, aligning with the company's value-added service philosophy.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to keep clients informed of the latest developments.
  • Comply with all company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Successfully complete all mandatory company, program, and product training.
  • Participate in staff meetings and client-requested conference calls.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid command of the English language.
  • Experience in Territory and Relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Confident, proactive, and adaptable with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in inside sales.
  • Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
