Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their needs and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and answer phone inquiries.
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive sales and maximize revenue by up-selling rooms and amenities, promoting hotel services and amenities to guests.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hotel outlets and services hours of operations, ensuring compliance with all booking policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other departments to meet guest needs, actively contributing to the efforts of other teams when necessary.
  • Emergency Procedures: Be knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures and respond accordingly.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: One-year Hospitality certificate from college or technical school and three to six months related experience/training, or equivalent hospitality or customer service experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends; basic Microsoft Office Suite experience; strong verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
