Job Summary

The Bellman is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a warm welcome to all visitors. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport guest luggage to their assigned room
  • Provide information about hotel amenities and services
  • Assist guests with special requests and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull carts and luggage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
