About the Role:

We are excited to offer a pivotal role as a Territory Manager, where you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our Continence Care division. Your key responsibilities will encompass fostering relationships with existing clients, securing new business opportunities, and optimizing market share and profitability through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Showcase product knowledge to both clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to promote business expansion
  • Effectively present ConvaTec products to stimulate demand
  • Represent ConvaTec at various industry events and meetings
  • Analyze sales metrics and identify key customers for in-service training
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and fulfill assigned responsibilities

Primary Contacts:

Urology Physicians, Wound Care Nurses, Physician Offices, US Marketing, Sales Leadership Team

Qualifications/Education:

  • Consultative sales methodology
  • Experience collaborating with distributors
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex sales processes
  • Proficient in data management using CRM systems
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory

Working Conditions:

This position may necessitate overnight travel to effectively oversee the territory.
