Job Overview

The primary objective is to capture complete market dominance within designated categories, channels, and territories while executing strategic initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Strategically develop programs and sales initiatives for key distributors within the assigned region, aimed at converting, promoting, and solidifying essential categories for Bosch. Prepare plans for growth on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while adhering to the Travel & Expense budget. Administrative duties encompass scheduling, order placement, presentation development, suggested orders, and other tasks that foster a collaborative environment for enhancing the territory's market presence and sales volume. Cultivate a sustainable territory to meet the goals and metrics established by management. Required overnight travel of 4-5 days per month to engage with customers and develop the territory as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fundamental understanding of sales or equivalent experience. Demonstrated effective communication skills with corporate personnel, sales teams, and clients. Basic knowledge of power tools and accessories. Field experience is essential or possess 8 years of strategic, process-oriented, and tactical experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
