Cabinetworks Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales of our products within the Kansas City territory of Home Depot stores.
Key Responsibilities- Build and leverage business relationships with store personnel to promote sales and comparative growth.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure effective sales strategies and provide training and support to store personnel.
- Persuade store personnel to offer our products to their customers and maintain a strong display presence in showrooms.
- Analyze sales metrics and develop tactical and strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Review and maintain quarterly account business plans and provide regular updates to management.
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated successful capability to resolve conflict over sensitive or complex issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with external customers.
- Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with department, cross-functional business teams, and customers.
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills, with a deadline orientation and focus.
- Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with management.
- Ability to travel daily within assigned region and quarterly beyond region.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
