Job Overview

As a District Sales Manager at Bosch, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market share within your assigned territory. Your primary objective will be to develop and implement strategic sales approaches to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to gain market share and drive business growth within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers to promote Bosch products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
  • Travel to customer sites to meet with customers and develop territory plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic product knowledge of power tools and accessories.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
