Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a pickup truck with a tow-behind trailer.
  • Showcase equipment to potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales prospects within the construction sector.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with current clients to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable construction equipment and services.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and effectively close transactions.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to network and promote our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and quotas established by management.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with concrete surface preparation and polishing equipment is advantageous but not mandatory; training on our specific products will be provided.
  • Proven ability to learn and implement a sales process that yields positive results for clients.
  • A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of equivalent sales experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license in your state of residence is necessary.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle report evaluations.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environments while meeting with clients and assessing their product needs.
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and seek assistance when necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are required.
  • Overnight travel may be necessary, with variability.
  • Ability to manage your schedule independently.
  • Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve daily goals.
  • Effective teaching skills and a solid technical aptitude are essential.
  • Strong customer service orientation is required.
  • Aptitude to adapt behavior for effective interaction with others.
