Position Overview:

Cambium Learning Group is on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. If you are eager to embark on a career in talent acquisition as a Recruitment Coordinator, we would be delighted to connect with you. In this position, you will work closely with the Manager of Talent Acquisition (TA) and assist our team in organizing and facilitating interviews, as well as engaging in special projects that enhance our recruitment strategies across the Cambium family of brands. We seek a detail-oriented individual who is driven to make a significant contribution.

Work Environment:

This role offers the flexibility of remote work within a highly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews through our established communication channels.
  • Provide timely updates to all involved parties regarding interview arrangements.
  • Manage multiple calendars and explore alternative solutions to guarantee timely interview scheduling.
  • Conduct weekly data audits and follow up on any incomplete data points as necessary.
  • Monitor daily requisition reports for accurate tracking and assignments within our TA team.
  • Complete ATS business process requests to support our recruitment strategy.
  • Assist the team with additional ad hoc recruiting requests and special projects to enhance our Cambium recruiting initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or administrative/scheduling coordination.
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills, with the ability to engage and support others in a reliable, professional, and consistent manner.
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and processes, along with ad hoc requests as they arise.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
  • Proficient in handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling to accommodate team members and interview participants across various time zones.
