Key Responsibilities:

  • Summer Associate Program Management: Oversee all facets of the summer associate initiative, collaborating with the Legal Recruitment Manager to ensure alignment with firm policies. This includes preparing orientation materials, coordinating office assignments, and organizing summer events.
  • Law School Engagement: Manage relationships with designated law schools, developing innovative recruitment strategies and coordinating activities to enhance the firm’s presence.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Schedule interviews, prepare necessary documentation, and provide a welcoming environment for candidates during their visits.
  • Hiring Needs Assessment: Collaborate with office leadership to identify and address entry-level and judicial clerkship hiring requirements.
  • Lateral Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment of lateral associates, including managing job postings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Associate Evaluation Program: Provide support for the annual evaluation process of associates.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
