This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work; however, candidates must reside in states where Frontier operates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for home health branches, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier healthcare talent, focusing on nursing and therapy professionals.
- Employ diverse sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for available positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and develop customized recruitment plans.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, specifically within the healthcare sector, with an emphasis on nursing or therapy recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing methods, candidate evaluation, and interviewing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Prior experience with iCIMS is preferred.
