Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the comprehensive process of sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for the organization. This role will lead employment marketing strategies, manage internal referral initiatives, and develop metrics for employee engagement and retention.

The incumbent will strategize and execute recruitment campaigns throughout the organization, focusing on not only identifying and screening candidates but also establishing corporate policies for talent benchmarking, assessment, and interviewing standards. Collaboration with various departments, including legal, will be essential to ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and proactively build a pool of qualified candidates.
  • Design and implement local and regional recruitment strategies utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Foster community relationships and coordinate college recruitment efforts, including participation in job fairs and engagement with career centers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and submit routine reports to the Recruitment Manager using a standardized format.
