- Advise physician candidates and healthcare clients.
- Source and evaluate physicians by establishing rapport through phone and email communications.
- Highlight opportunity features, provide salary information, and prepare candidates for interviews.
- Effectively communicate opportunity details and address inquiries.
- Lead Physician Marketing campaign initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Investigate and resolve client concerns.
- Consult with clients throughout the recruitment journey.
- Offer recommendations to clients to facilitate successful searches.
- Provide consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience is essential.
- Sales experience, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, or Cold Calling, is required.
- Experience in physician relations and regular interaction with physicians is preferred.
- Consultative sales experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
