Job Responsibilities

  • Advise physician candidates and healthcare clients.
  • Source and evaluate physicians by establishing rapport through phone and email communications.
  • Highlight opportunity features, provide salary information, and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Effectively communicate opportunity details and address inquiries.
  • Lead Physician Marketing campaign initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns.
  • Consult with clients throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Offer recommendations to clients to facilitate successful searches.
  • Provide consistent communication, feedback, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Prior recruiting experience is essential.
  • Sales experience, including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, B2B Sales, or Cold Calling, is required.
  • Experience in physician relations and regular interaction with physicians is preferred.
  • Consultative sales experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
