Job Summary

Curaleaf is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our product packaging and labeling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staging product and packaging supplies to meet daily production schedules
  • Performing quality assurance protocols to ensure high-quality products
  • Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration
  • Performing in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all products meet or exceed Curaleaf's specifications and patient expectations
  • Ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with state regulations
  • Assisting with handling transfers and preparing manifests
  • Working in a quick and efficient manner and striving to consistently increase productivity
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor during periods of high volume or stressful situations while setting a positive example for the team
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
  • At least one year of manufacturing and packaging experience with a focus on ensuring product safety, consumer safety, and satisfaction, and high product quality
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and improve each operation
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
  • Solid organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to tackle complex order fulfillment problems or complications
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient computing skills
