POSITION: COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Compensation: $19.25 per hour with On-Demand Pay options available.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem opportunities available across New Jersey.

  • Assist with personal hygiene and provide support for individuals facing behavioral challenges and complex needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
  • Skills: Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
  • Vehicle Requirements: Valid Standard Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
