Logistics Coordinator Location:

Director of Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate logistics and operational strategies to optimize project outcomes
Design and implement efficient supply chain processes based on client insights
Accurately assess project requirements for effective resource allocation
Organize and lead meetings and presentations with clients
Provide support in the operational hub to engage with potential clients
Maintain operational displays for client engagement
Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver optimal logistical solutions and client experiences
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
Participate in project review meetings and site evaluations
Represent the company at various industry functions
Review logistical plans and orders to ensure accurate fulfillment
Host events to promote brand visibility and client engagement
Utilize digital platforms to enhance business outreach and brand presence
Work closely with the Director of Operations and team to ensure smooth operational workflows

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in logistics and operations with a proven record of success
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Preferred experience in high-end retail logistics

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong understanding of supply chain management and operational processes
Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and a passion for client interaction
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Ability to interpret logistical plans and prepare operational documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Experience in high-end retail logistics is advantageous
Positive attitude with a commitment to client service
Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Proficient in logistics software and tools, including Microsoft Office and project management applications
