Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Production Manager with daily payroll processing, scheduling tasks, generating work orders, and overseeing inventory management.
  • Engage in regular communication via email and phone with builders and suppliers to coordinate schedules and arrange deliveries.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls and assisting fellow office staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in payroll processing is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, though not required.
