Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Store Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to both walk-in and phone-in customers. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Promptly answering incoming calls
  • Exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage
  • Effectively assessing customer needs for products or services
  • Educating clients on medical products and services
  • Fitting and selling medical products to customers
  • Processing customer orders and accurately entering them into our system
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable showroom
  • Performing additional tasks as required

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr, based on experience.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • The capability to engage with a diverse clientele
  • The ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • The stamina to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with relevant software applications
