Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Position Overview

The Customer Service role is pivotal in delivering exceptional sales and product assistance by engaging with customers through telephone communications, ensuring their satisfaction remains a top priority. This position involves aiding customers with inquiries regarding product details, sales support, and addressing initial problem-solving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receives, processes, and confirms customer orders.
  • Takes necessary actions to address customer service requests for order modifications, maintaining accurate order and customer information records, and communicating updates to relevant departments.
  • Delivers high-quality service to both internal and external clients.
  • Offers constructive feedback regarding the effectiveness of the customer service department's policies and procedures.
  • Provides supplementary support to fellow Customer Service team members as needed.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and communications as required.
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or direct marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
