Role of a Client Relationship Manager
In the capacity of a Client Relationship Manager, you will provide essential support to producers and internal colleagues, facilitating both the retention of current accounts and the acquisition of new clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve marketing both new and renewal business in collaboration with producers, which includes crafting proposals and securing coverage. As a peer leader within the service team, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service alongside the Client Advocate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Business/Commercial Lines Insurance customer service or similar roles
- Current experience as a Client Manager or in a comparable position
- Strong understanding of insurance markets and available coverages
- CIC designation or equivalent is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with AMS360 is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, setting goals and motivating others
- Must obtain a Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
