Key Responsibilities of the Service Operations Specialist:
  • Traveling to various locations to replenish supplies, components, and equipment in vending machines.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by resolving issues related to machines, supplies, and inventory.
  • Diagnosing machine malfunctions and coordinating with service technicians for repairs when needed.
  • Executing warehouse duties such as inventory management, restocking vehicles, and preparing specialized items for clients.
Qualifications for the Service Operations Specialist:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with the capability to operate sprinter vans.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, with the remaining 25% dedicated to warehouse tasks.
  • Compliance with dress code standards, including wearing provided company apparel and maintaining a professional appearance with steel-toed footwear.
