Program Sales Specialist

TireHub is currently seeking a highly skilled Program Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and develop new customer relationships within a designated geographical territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and sales techniques
- Manage and maintain accurate sales visit records in our CRM system
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Ensure seamless administrative account enrollment processes for assigned accounts
- Grow existing and new customer relationships through strategic account management and internal programming
- Collaborate with Product Assortment Manager to optimize inventory levels and improve customer satisfaction
- Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to the development of new markets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years in the Tire Industry or Wholesale Distribution
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and driving experience
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Fluency in Tire manufacturer Programs
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Familiarity with tire manufacturer warranty and products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
This role involves extensive travel, up to 70%, with occasional overnight stays. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.
