Program Sales Specialist

TireHub is currently seeking a highly skilled Program Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and develop new customer relationships within a designated geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and sales techniques
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales visit records in our CRM system
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
  • Ensure seamless administrative account enrollment processes for assigned accounts
  • Grow existing and new customer relationships through strategic account management and internal programming
  • Collaborate with Product Assortment Manager to optimize inventory levels and improve customer satisfaction
  • Support business expansion initiatives and contribute to the development of new markets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years in the Tire Industry or Wholesale Distribution
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and driving experience

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • Fluency in Tire manufacturer Programs
  • Understanding of supply chain processes
  • Familiarity with tire manufacturer warranty and products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

This role involves extensive travel, up to 70%, with occasional overnight stays. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000.
