The Opportunity:

We are in search of a Strategic Partner Sales Executive to foster sales opportunities and enhance Svrobo's network of distinguished distribution partners across the nation. Ideal candidates will possess substantial sales experience, industry connections, and a solid understanding of robotics and automation within key sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, material handling, e-commerce, and food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive channel partner success.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer accounts in collaboration with channel partners.
  • Effectively communicate Svrobo's solution offerings and their advantages to channel partners and clients.
  • Provide comprehensive support to channel partner sales, marketing, and engineering teams to boost sales activities.
  • Equip channel partners with resources and materials to ensure their sales success.
  • Represent Svrobo in meetings, contributing to overall channel partner and customer success.
  • Maintain and report on an active pipeline of channel sales partners.
  • Offer insights to Svrobo's product development team based on discussions with channel partners and customers.
  • Participate in trade shows to assist partners in acquiring new business by showcasing Svrobo's solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver formal presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Achieve and surpass sales revenue targets.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of robust sales experience in automation or technical sales.
  • Demonstrated success in automation solutions sales, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and proficiency in CRM systems for managing customer data.
  • Extensive experience in customer prospecting to cultivate and maintain strong sales pipelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and support distribution networks and clients.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the intricate needs of clients in manufacturing, warehousing, e-commerce, and related environments.
  • A genuine passion for selling and delivering transformative solutions in dynamic, cross-functional settings.
