As a vital part of our Client Services team, the Client Care Associate serves as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate is empathetic, enthusiastic, and solution-driven, dedicated to exceeding client expectations. This position is based at our Corporate Office.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time/Nights: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Saturday rotation 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM every other week.
  • Training: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM for 3 weeks.
Potential to earn an additional $250 monthly

Key Responsibilities:

CLIENT SERVICES
  • Interact with clients promptly, providing essential service and product information to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle various inquiries, including general questions, order fulfillment, and technical issues.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for clients to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling for orders from various sales channels.
  • Ensure payment is secured for open orders prior to scheduling deliveries.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the delivery scheduling system and routing codes.
  • Support one primary territory while being cross-trained in others.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Report trends and potential concerns to the Head of Client Services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 6+ months of experience in a customer service environment (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality).
  • Proficient in computer systems with the ability to troubleshoot independently (familiarity with Microsoft Suite is a plus).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Capable of tackling challenges creatively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
