Position Summary: As an Outbound Customer Engagement Specialist, your role will involve connecting with potential clients to assess their needs and arrange sales consultations at their residences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls based on leads generated by the canvassing team
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and schedule in-home consultations
  • Address customer inquiries and objections to facilitate prompt scheduling
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain adherence to schedules while upholding service quality
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Experience and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Background in call centers or customer service roles
  • Familiarity with home improvement concepts
