Position Overview: Customer Engagement Specialists are tasked with communicating with prospective clients about their service needs and arranging consultations. Leads are generated through various channels, including event marketing, digital advertising, radio, and television.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize lead conversion from initial contact to scheduled appointments.
  • Utilize insights from our comprehensive training program to effectively engage with leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on digital advertisement leads.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from multiple lead generation sources in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone and email.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and determine availability for consultations.
  • Address and overcome objections related to scheduling and costs to secure appointments promptly.
  • Document and update customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Foster teamwork through consistency, reliability, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Aptitude for learning sales systems and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Exhibits active listening skills and thoughtful responses.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on task completion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for achieving business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
