Customer Service Associate

Role Overview: As a vital member of the Mylsb team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our banking operations.

  • Client Interaction: Provide comprehensive support to all customers, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage essential tasks such as processing forms and executing transactions with precision.
  • Transaction Management: Handle customer transactions accurately while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and disseminate information as required.
  • Inquiry Response: Address client questions related to interest rates, service fees, and account details.
  • Service Referrals: Guide clients towards additional banking and retail services that may benefit them.
  • Financial Balancing: Ensure the accuracy of the teller drawer, vault, and ATM balances.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in local events to foster strong relationships within the community.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned by management to support operational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities and a customer-centric approach are necessary.
  • Multi-tasking: Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently.
