As a vital part of our organization, the Client Services Representatives - Level 1 embody the essence of Arhaus by delivering exceptional support to clients nationwide. We seek individuals who are empathetic, enthusiastic, and solution-driven, dedicated to providing remarkable service to every client interaction. This position is primarily based at our Corporate Office.


Work Schedule:
  • Full-time/Nights: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Saturday rotation 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM every other week.
  • Training: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM for a duration of 3 weeks.
Incentives:

Potential to earn an additional $250 monthly.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage promptly with clients, providing essential service and product information to exceed their expectations.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries, including General Questions, Email Management, Pre-sales, Fulfillment, and Technical/Account Issues.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for clients to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Oversee the scheduling of deliveries for both Store and Online Sales.
  • Ensure payment is secured on open orders prior to scheduling.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the delivery scheduling tool and route codes.
  • Support one primary Territory while being cross-trained in additional Territories.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Report trends and potential challenges to the Head of Client Services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience of 6+ months in a customer service-focused role (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality, or food/beverage).
  • Familiarity with computer systems and troubleshooting with minimal assistance (proficiency in Microsoft Suite is preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating prioritization skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to tackle challenging situations and devise creative solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
