Position Overview: Inside Sales Consultants are tasked with engaging potential clients to understand their product needs and scheduling consultations. Leads are sourced through various channels, including event marketing, digital advertising, radio, and television.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize lead conversion from initial contact to scheduled appointments.
  • Utilize insights gained from our extensive training program to effectively set customer leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls for leads generated through digital advertisements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from various lead generation sources.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone and email.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and assess availability for in-home consultations.
  • Address and overcome customer objections regarding scheduling and costs to secure appointments.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
  • Foster teamwork through reliability and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to sales systems and processes.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Active listening skills to comprehend and respond to information effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for achieving business objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
