As a vital part of our organization, the Client Services Representatives - Level 1 deliver exceptional support to our clients, embodying the essence of Arhaus. This role involves managing real-time inquiries from clients nationwide, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency. Ideal candidates possess a caring demeanor, a proactive attitude, and a dedication to providing superior service.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time/Nights: Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Saturday rotation 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM every other week.
  • Training: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM for 3 weeks.
Incentives: Opportunities to earn an additional $250 monthly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients promptly, providing essential service and product information to exceed their expectations.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries, including general questions, email suppression, presale, fulfillment, and technical/account issues.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions for clients to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Manage the scheduling of deliveries for store and online orders.
  • Ensure payment is secured on open orders prior to scheduling.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the delivery scheduling tool and route codes.
  • Support one primary territory while being cross-trained in others.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Report trends and potential concerns to the Head of Client Services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality, or food/beverage).
  • Familiarity with computer systems and troubleshooting with minimal assistance (proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating prioritization skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges and devise creative solutions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
