Role Overview:
As a vital part of our Client Services team, the Client Services Representative - Level 1 embodies the essence of Arhaus by delivering exceptional support to our clientele through real-time communication. We seek individuals who are empathetic, proactive, and dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
This position operates on a full-time basis with the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday rotation: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM every other week
- Training: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM for a duration of 3 weeks
Compensation:
Potential to earn an additional $250 monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing essential service and product information to exceed expectations.
- Manage a variety of ticket types, including General Inquiries, Email Suppression, Presale, Fulfillment, and Technical/Account Issues.
- Facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the appropriate team members or departments.
- Coordinate the scheduling of deliveries for orders from both Stores and Web Sales.
- Ensure payment is secured for open orders prior to scheduling.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the delivery scheduling tool and route codes.
- Support one primary Territory while being cross-trained in additional Territories.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Provide insights on trends and potential challenges to the Head of Client Services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
- Proficient in computer systems with the ability to troubleshoot independently (familiarity with Microsoft Suite is preferred).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong prioritization and urgency.
- Willingness to tackle challenges creatively.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
