Position Overview: Inside Sales Consultants are tasked with engaging potential clients to understand their product needs and arranging consultations for sales presentations. Customer leads are sourced through various channels, including event marketing, digital advertising, radio, and television.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize lead conversion rates from initial contact to scheduled appointments.
  • Utilize insights gained from extensive training to effectively set customer leads.
  • Initiate outbound calls for sales leads generated through digital advertisements.
  • Respond to inbound calls from various lead generation sources promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone and email.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and assess availability for in-home consultations.
  • Address objections from potential customers regarding scheduling and costs to secure timely consultations.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Encourage teamwork through reliability and consistency.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to sales systems and processes.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Exhibits active listening skills and responds thoughtfully to information.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and accountable for achieving business objectives and adhering to company policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
