Customer Service Associate

As a vital member of our team at Mylsb, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring a seamless banking experience.

  • Client Assistance: Provide comprehensive support to all customers, addressing their needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage essential administrative responsibilities, including the processing of forms and transactions with precision.
  • Transaction Management: Execute customer transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, directing them appropriately, taking messages, and supplying necessary information.
  • Inquiry Response: Address client questions related to interest rates, service fees, and account details.
  • Service Referrals: Guide clients towards additional banking and retail services that may benefit them.
  • Cash Management: Ensure the accuracy of the teller drawer, vault, and ATM balances.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community events to foster positive relationships and enhance the bank's presence.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as assigned by management to support operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service and retail is essential.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach are required.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
