Hospitality Business Development Manager

Hospitality Business Development Manager
The ideal candidate for this role will possess first-hand knowledge of the luxury hospitality market, including potential clients, suppliers, and products. They should be entrepreneurial and sales-focused, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on product needs and sourcing options
- Develop business plans with senior management to accomplish defined objectives
- Active prospecting and solicitation of hospitality business
- Execution of sales-related activities, including quotes, design requests, and sample requests
- Achieving sales targets
- Active participation in the selection, execution, and attendance of relevant trade shows
Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in hospitality
- Direct experience working for or with the Interior Design and/or Architecture professions
- Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively
- Computer literacy, including demonstrable ability with MS Office applications and/or Google Suite
