Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth and expansion for our healthcare organization. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase physician engagement and referrals, ultimately contributing to the success of our service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve market growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and other key stakeholders to increase referrals and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational and medical leaders to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, hospital operations, and provider landscape to inform business development strategies.
