Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Immersive Experience Business Unit (IX BU) team at Barco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing existing accounts, as well as exploring new opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop additional opportunities, customer relationships, and sales.
- Manage the sales cycle, including creating quotes, negotiating proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Define and onboard new resellers for Barco in the market, and act as the single point of contact for new partners.
- Support Channel Partners and Distributors with technical and sales expertise on the Barco range.
- Market the company and enhance the brand image in the region.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
- Proven sales affinity in related industries and technologies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to gain personal credibility with client managers.
- Able to work effectively across organizational and national boundaries.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70k - $114k, plus commission, and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
