About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Immersive Experience Business Unit (IX BU) team at Barco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing existing accounts, as well as exploring new opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop additional opportunities, customer relationships, and sales.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including creating quotes, negotiating proposals, and commercial agreements.
  • Define and onboard new resellers for Barco in the market, and act as the single point of contact for new partners.
  • Support Channel Partners and Distributors with technical and sales expertise on the Barco range.
  • Market the company and enhance the brand image in the region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
  • Proven sales affinity in related industries and technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to gain personal credibility with client managers.
  • Able to work effectively across organizational and national boundaries.
