Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Attract and retain top-performing real estate professionals driving $50M in additional total annual production each month.
- Business Development: Partner with business unit leaders and senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners.
- Sales Strategy: Conduct targeted outreach campaigns through various channels, including presentations, product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners across multiple regions.
- Industry Knowledge: Network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales metrics to senior leadership team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully achieving quotas and targets set by the company.
- Product Knowledge: Proven track record with product-led enterprise sales.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Salary: OTE - $120,000 - $300,000.
