Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture enduring partnerships with some of the most prominent brands worldwide.
  • Drive revenue enhancement through the acquisition of new clients, upselling, cross-selling, and managing renewals.
  • Take full responsibility for the sales process from initial outreach to final closure, demonstrating comfort in handling both standard deals and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (CXO, Legal, Finance, IT).
  • Foster strong relationships with current clients, grasp their business requirements, and offer tailored Semrush solutions to facilitate their growth.
  • Ensure clients receive maximum value from our offerings and meet their business goals.
  • Provide a value-driven sales experience, leveraging automation and customer insights.

Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of comprehensive sales experience in the SaaS sector.
  • 2-3 years in a senior mid-market or enterprise sales position, with a proven history of closing deals exceeding $250k ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to surpass sales objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to achieving consistent results.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote setting.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn and grow.

Ideal Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales is preferred.
  • Experience in Martech or related fields is highly desirable.
