Your Role as a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Enterprise sales team, driving growth and achieving net Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Enhance TCP's Enterprise Market go-to-market strategy, focusing on refining sales processes, improving win rates, and developing your team.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to continuously improve messaging, product demonstrations, and sales resources.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities for expansion, including potential partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing and Product Development, to align strategies and objectives.
  • Foster a positive and winning team culture.
  • Be prepared for travel up to 50% of the time.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are an excellent fit for this position if you possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of B2B SaaS Enterprise sales professionals.
  • Expertise in territory planning, account management, and execution.
  • Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, and various commercial industries.
  • A proven track record of success in a high-growth, product-focused B2B software environment, ideally with a company that has surpassed $50M in revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a player-coach mentality.
  • Experience leading teams in both transactional and consultative sales processes.
  • A demonstrated ability to implement effective sales strategies that drive repeatable success.
  • A reputation for exceptional leadership, with the ability to mentor and develop team members while executing strategic plans.
  • A balance of analytical rigor and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong emphasis on integrity and loyalty.
  • A collaborative and data-driven approach, with a passion for building a successful business.
  • The ability to work from our headquarters as required.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% as needed.
