About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling our specialized property tax services to a diverse range of organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diligently prospect for new business opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up with various companies.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their property tax needs and challenges.
  • Provide expert advice on property tax assessments, potential savings, and solutions.
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and workload effectively while ensuring that corporate goals are achieved.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of each client.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients to close deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of success in client acquisition and revenue growth within the property tax sector.
  • Deep familiarity with property tax services, including real and personal property tax appeals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various types of commercial real estate assets.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities with a track record of securing high-value contracts.
  • A strong knowledge of the major TX markets.
