Role Overview

As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Leader, you will:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing Enterprise sales team focused on achieving growth objectives.
  • Refine and enhance TCP's Enterprise Market go-to-market strategy, improving sales processes, methodologies, and win rates.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to continuously improve messaging, positioning, and sales tools.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities for expansion and assess potential partnerships.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing and Product.
  • Foster a positive and winning team culture.
  • Be prepared for travel up to 50%.
Qualifications

You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of B2B SaaS Enterprise sales professionals.
  • Expertise in territory planning, account assignment, and execution.
  • Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, and commercial industries.
  • A proven track record in leading go-to-market strategies in high-growth, product-focused B2B software companies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a player/coach mentality.
  • Experience in both transactional and consultative sales approaches.
  • The ability to implement a repeatable sales strategy while instilling discipline and rigor within the team.
  • A reputation for exceptional leadership, mentoring, and accountability.
  • A balance of analytical thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • A commitment to integrity and loyalty.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for building a successful business.
  • A willingness to work from the headquarters as needed.
  • Flexibility for 30-50% travel.
